As a Software Support Employee at Fleetassist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions about our software. You will be responsible for supporting customers in solving technical problems and providing instructions and support to customers and partners.

What will you do?

  • You will provide technical support to our customers and partners via phone, email and remote desktop support.
  • You will ensure that our built-in equipment is tested remotely.
  • You will assist customers in implementing our software on their systems.
  • You solve technical problems with the software.
  • You will create work orders for the mechanics and instruct them during equipment testing.
  • You will contribute to improving the quality of our software and services by collecting and sharing feedback with the development team.
  • You will instruct customers and partners on the use of our software.

What do we ask?

  • A completed MBO or HBO education. In the direction of ICT is a nice bonus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar support position.
  • That you enjoy working with colleagues.
  • That you have experience and/or affinity with Software As A Service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • An analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Command of the Dutch and English languages.
