Hour Registration

Because Our vehicle tracking is always an insight where, when and at what time a vehicle is located, you build up a wealth of information. The question is only how you will process and report this information? One of the functionalities of Fleetassist is the hour registration.

The hour registration report gives you insight in the hours worked per driver. You can easily create a driving time report so that you can see exactly how long it actually worked. This saves unnecessary writing and saves an enormous amount of time for the driver and the (salary) administrator. Also, with these hours of registration you always understand who and when how much worked.  No more discussion about hours worked.

Driver identification

If you have several drivers on one vehicle, we recommend that you use a personal identification. Each driver will then receive his or her own tag with which they can clock in the vehicle.  This way you can report On the use per vehicle per driver.  As e.g. Mr. Janssen has ridden in 3 cars you will get insight when and what times Mr. Janssen drove in this car. This is very easy for a ritregistratie per person.
