It cannot have escaped your notice that the government has taken drastic measures regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These measures have a major effect on the inhabitants and businesses of the Netherlands. This also applies to Fleetassist.
It remains our goal to serve you in the best possible way. Nevertheless, we must also take precautions for both your own safety and that of our colleagues.
In connection with the developments surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we will proceed in an adapted manner. In short, this will come down to the following adjustments:
- Make an appointment: Of course you can still contact us for everything for your vehicle(s). Because many colleagues work from home, it is unfortunately possible that you can be helped a little less quickly than you are used to from us. Our head office is located near Eindhoven. To be on the safe side, we have decided to schedule appointments at this location as little as possible for the time being. Our mechanics live throughout the Netherlands and can therefore still come to your location. However, we will take into account limited travel distances. We have made this choice because we all have to do our bit to limit any spreading risks.
- Installation work: We would like to ask you to leave your car as clean as possible with the mechanic. After the mechanic has secured your car he will do the same. In this way, together we ensure that the risk of contamination is minimized. Our mechanic will make a final assessment whether the situation is safe and workable for him.
It is a challenge for everyone to deal with the COVID-19 situation as well as possible. Fleetassist hopes with the above measures to continue to help you as much as possible.
